Ordering process

When you have chosen the product you like, choose the serial number, color, number of pieces, in the case of personalization, enter the desired name/nickname and number in the fields on the right. Add the product to the basket and follow the instructions, which take you step by step to the end.

Now you can also send every product from the offer as a gift!

Tick ​​the option of gift packaging and NATO add the item to the basket, and in the notes in the cart/basket you can also add a personalized message for the recipient or another on the inside of the box
message for us. Choose the address to which you want to send the gift package, we will take care of everything else! ;)

And by the way, don't worry about the bill - whenever the gift-wrap option is selected, we ship
invoice only to the buyer's email address and we do not add it to the package itself.

All orders are processed immediately after submission, so we cannot promise that changes and cancellations will be possible after submission and payment of the order (especially in the case of personalized products). In any case, try to inform us of any changes as soon as possible, preferably by phone during working hours or by e-mail.

In our online store you can pay for your order via PayPal and with all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay).

All payments made on trisactive.com are processed through trusted and highly encrypted channels (Stripe and PayPal). Please ensure the security of your Tris Active account, do not share your login details or personal information with third parties.

Delivery

Our contractual partner for the delivery of your orders is GLS.

Yes! If you would like to pick up your order in person and avoid shipping costs, simply enter the code OSEBNIPREVZEM in the cart, and we will notify you when your order is ready. Please note: personal pickup is possible at the company headquarters (Tris in Tris doo) at the address: Otiški vrh 54 A, 2373 Šentjanž pri Dravogradu.

The delivery cost in Slovenia for purchases up to €69.99 is €4.90. For purchases over €69.99, we offer FREE delivery.

We strive to ship every order as soon as possible. We usually ship within 5 business days. As most products are unique and personalized, delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods. Thank you for your understanding!

Orders can also be shipped outside Slovenia. In this case, the delivery cost is a flat rate of €15.90.

You can track the progress of your order in the My Account tab. We will notify you when your package is picked up by our delivery partner and include a tracking number in the message.

Account management

To create an account, look for the icon in the upper right corner of the page; click Create Account and enter the requested information.

The biggest advantage of creating a Tris Active account is the simplified completion of orders, as you avoid having to enter data each time. In addition, we occasionally offer special benefits to account holders. ;)

Click the My Account icon in the upper right corner of the page. Click Forgot your password?, enter the email address you used to create your account, check your email inbox and follow the instructions.

Of course you can. Sign in to your account with your email address and selected password, click on View addresses on the right side and add a new address or contact information.

Refund Policy

In case you want to initiate the return process or request for a refund, please notify us via email at info@trisactive.com. Be sure to include the following information: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, order number, reason for the return or request for a refund, photos of the error (if it is a case of an item error).

The refund process can take up to 20 business days, but in any case, we do our best to resolve every claim as soon as possible!
